Scott MacKinnon founded TIR/33 in January 2022.
Scott has over 12 years of experience in recruitment, having started his career in the UK. He has worked with many enterprise telecom companies, including NSN, Huawei, ZTE and Motorola.
He moved to the UAE 6 years ago and built a reputation for delivering key projects within the banking and telecommunications sector.
He has a firm understanding of the complexities that mass hiring brings. The need not only to match the skill set but to understand the need to match the soft skills.
In his spare time, he enjoys playing (badly) the only four songs he knows on guitar and watching the most successful team in the world, Glasgow Rangers.
